Florida Notarial Acts
$10 per notarial act
A notarial act generally means each signature, oath, acknowledgment, jurat, or certificate requiring the notary’s official seal.
The $10 notarial fee is separate from applicable mobile travel, printing, courier, platform, witness, waiting-time, parking, toll, rush, or after-hours charges. Florida law allows a fee of up to $10 for each traditional notarial act.
General Notary Documents
Starting at $65 mobile service fee + $10 per notarial act
A typical local appointment requiring one notarization starts at $75 total.

Pricing depends on the appointment location, number of signers, number of notarizations, document requirements, and travel distance for final pricing.
Hospital, Nursing Home, Hospice or Rehabilitation Visit
Starting at $85 facility-visit fee + $10 per notarial act
A typical appointment requiring one notarization starts at $95 total.
We visit:

- Nursing and skilled-nursing facilities
- Hospice locations
- Rehabilitation centers
- Private residences
- Clients with limited mobility or accessibility needs
The signer must be alert, willing, able to communicate directly with the notary, and able to provide acceptable identification. The notary cannot determine a signer’s legal capacity or provide legal advice.
Witnesses are not included unless arranged in advance.
Detention and Correctional Facility Visits:
Starting at $125 visit fee + $10 per notarial act
Pricing may vary based on the facility, distance, access requirements, appointment restrictions, parking, waiting time, and document instructions.
The client is responsible for confirming that the facility permits the visit and determining its identification, attorney, witness, and document-entry requirements.
Remote Online Notarization
Starting at $50
Remote online appointments include online coordination, secure platform access, and the first $10 online notarial act when applicable.
Additional notarizations, witnesses, extended sessions, or special platform requirements may increase the price. The signer must successfully complete the platform’s identity-verification process and use an acceptable identification document.
Florida law allows online notaries to charge up to $25 for an online notarial act, while platform and other non-notarial services may be charged separately. Our quoted price will disclose the applicable charges before the session.
Loan Signing Services
Loan-signing packages include appointment coordination, presentation of the provided documents, notarizations required by the package, and quality review. Printing, scanbacks, delivery, and travel are included only as stated in the confirmed order.

Digital borrower copies may be available when authorized. Additional printed borrower copies must be requested and approved in advance.
Marine, Boat and Yacht Notary Services
Mobile Marina or Dockside Appointment
Starting at $125
Available at marinas, yacht brokerage offices, private residences, title offices, dockside locations, and aboard vessels when access is authorized.
Services may include:
- Boat and yacht purchase documents

- Vessel title and registration documents

We notarize documents presented by the client, broker, title company, lender, or attorney. We do not prepare legal documents, determine ownership, conduct title searches, or provide legal or tax advice.
APOSTILLE SERVICES
Florida Apostille Coordination
Starting at $135 for the first eligible Florida document
Standard coordination may include:
- Initial document review for visible processing requirements
- Instructions regarding notarization or certified copies
- Submission coordination with the appropriate Florida authority
- Status updates
- Return-delivery coordination
Government fees, county certification fees, notarization, translation, shipping, courier service, document retrieval, and expedited service are additional unless specifically included in the quote.
Full Service Apostille Package
Starting at $205
A full-service package may include a local mobile appointment, notarization, document pickup, Florida apostille coordination and return delivery. The exact price depends on the document, destination country, number of documents, required certifications, shipping method, and deadline.
Important:
- Florida apostille service applies to eligible documents issued or notarized in Florida.
- Federal documents and documents from other states follow different procedures.
- Translation, embassy, consulate, and destination-country requirements are quoted separately.
- An apostille authenticates the public official’s signature; it does not validate the document’s contents.
- Processing times are controlled by government agencies and cannot be guaranteed.
Document Courier Services
Courier and document delivery services are provided through Via Lainez Express and may be booked separately or bundled with a notary appointment.

Delivery confirmation is provided when available. Courier service does not include process serving or legal filing unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Witness Services
Starting at $25 per witness
Witnesses must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Some documents require two witnesses.
Clients may provide their own qualified witnesses at no additional charge. The client should confirm witness requirements with the document’s issuing agency, attorney, or receiving party before the appointment.
Small Wedding Ceremonies
Starting at $125
Simple civil ceremonies may be performed at private residences, marinas, aboard authorized vessels, or another agreed location.
Pricing depends on the ceremony location, travel, scheduling, personalization, rehearsal needs, and number of guests. The couple must obtain a valid Florida marriage license before the ceremony.
Additional Service Charges
The following charges apply when needed and will be disclosed before confirmation:
- Rush appointment: Starting at $25 ( Appointments requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered rush appointments and include a $25 rush fee.)
- After-hours appointment after 5:00 p.m.: Starting at $25
- Witness coordination: Starting at $25 per witness
- Extended waiting time: Quoted after the included grace period
- Printing or oversized document packages: Based on page count
- Parking and tolls: Added when applicable
- Long-distance and Florida Keys travel: Custom quote
- Holiday or Sunday appointment: Custom quote
- Document pickup or delivery: Starting at $25
- Returned trip caused by missing documents, identification, signer, or witnesses: New travel fee may apply
Florida Keys Service
Scheduled mobile notary, marine, loan-signing, apostille courier, and document delivery services are available from Key Largo through Key West.
- Upper Keys: Custom quote based on location
- Marathon and Middle Keys: Starting at $225 for qualifying long-distance appointments
- Lower Keys and Key West: Custom quote
Keys pricing depends on distance from Homestead, traffic, appointment duration, package size, printing, scanbacks, courier requirements, and return travel. Advance scheduling is strongly recommended.
Booking and Payment Policies
- A final quote is provided before the appointment is confirmed.
- A $25 scheduling retainer may be required for advance general-notary appointments.
- The retainer is applied toward the final balance.
- Identification, document, signer, and witness requirements should be confirmed before travel.
- Documents should be complete but unsigned unless the receiving party instructs otherwise.
- Payment is due according to the confirmed service agreement.
- Zelle, cash, Venmo, and card payments may be accepted. Processing fees may apply to certain payment methods.
- Cancellations, excessive waiting, incomplete documents, missing identification, or unavailable signers may result in a travel or cancellation charge.
An invoice is issued through Intuit QuickBooks once the service and quoted price are agreed upon. Payment is required according to the terms stated on the invoice and may be requested before the appointment is confirmed.

- Credit or debit card when necessary
Credit and debit card payments may include an applicable processing fee. Any required scheduling retainer will be credited toward the final invoice balance.
