Apostille Services
What Is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a special certification that makes your document valid for use in another country. It verifies that the signature, stamp, or seal on your document is authentic so it can be accepted by foreign governments and institutions.
If the country, you’re sending your paperwork to is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, you will need an Apostille attached to your document for it to be recognized internationally.
Common documents that may require an Apostille include:

- School transcripts and diplomas
- Power of Attorney
- Divorce decrees
- Corporate and business documents
- Notarized letters and affidavits
If the destination country is not part of the Hague Convention, additional authentication through the U.S. Department of State or foreign consulate may be required.

Courier Service Pricing
Base Rate: $35
Includes up to 10 miles of travel.
Mileage Fee: $2 per mile
Applied after the first 10 included miles.

If courier service is combined with another service (such as notary or apostille processing), pricing may vary. A custom quote will be provided based on distance, urgency, and service needs.
